Ownership
You keep what you make, and the licence to release it commercially doesn’t expire or depend on you buying credits. Where it has edges, we’ve written them down in the Terms instead of burying them.
You get a permanent, royalty-free licence to use the loops and samples in the music you make here — release it, sell it, sync it, with no payment to us. The library itself stays ours: the licence is for your music, not for reselling the samples.
Everything Aimi generates in your session is yours to release, sync, sell and stream. Two honest caveats, spelled out in the Terms: generative output isn’t unique, and in some countries purely AI-made material may not attract copyright at all.
Export audio any time, free, always. Your music is never held hostage to a subscription — there isn’t one.

Exactly one thing costs credits: Aimi’s turns — 10 credits each, whether it’s generating songs, stems, separations or lyrics, arranging, mixing, or replying to you. Whatever a turn creates is included in its price. That’s the whole price list.

You don’t have to make music to live here. Follow artists, queue up mixtapes, and discover new tracks as they drop — fresh from the sessions they were born in.
Plays, reactions and comments flow back to the artist. Your first listeners become your first fans — and when one of them opens Session, your track becomes their first remix.
FAQ
Yes. The music you make is yours, and your licence to release it commercially doesn't depend on ever buying credits — the loops stay Aimi's, licensed to you permanently for use inside your music, and AI generations made in your session are yours to release, sell, sync and stream. The exact boundaries are in section 7 of the Terms.
No — that's the one line. The library stays owned by Aimi, and you hold a permanent licence to use its loops and samples inside the music you make here. Release that music anywhere, commercially, for as long as you like. What you can't do is pull the raw loops, stems or samples back out and sell, share or repackage them as samples — in a sample pack, a library, a dataset, or on their own. The licence covers the music you build, not the ingredients. Full detail in the Terms of Service.
Only on projects you choose to share. Private work — and the audio you upload into it — is never training material, so if you never share, we never train on it. Sharing is one decision with one meaning: you’re opening the project up to be built on, by other members who can fork and remix it, and by our models, which learn from it. That’s also why we ask you to only upload audio you actually own or have the rights to before you share. It doesn’t change who owns your music — you do, and you can still release and sell it — and we never sell your content. Details in the Terms §6 and the Privacy Policy §4.
Nothing dramatic. The studio stays free — keep recording, editing, mixing, publishing and remixing forever. When you want Aimi working again, grab a credit pack (from $6). Packs never expire either, and there’s no subscription — you only ever buy what you use.
No. Never. Not the signup grant, not purchased packs. Come back in six months and your balance will be exactly where you left it.
Yes — one grant per person, at first signup. Create your account before 1 November 2026 and it’s 3,000 credits; after that, 1,000. Either way it never expires — and existing grants are never reduced.
